Q: Can I create my own custom kit?

A: Absolutely. Your Cotton Candy Account Executive will be happy to help you put together the ideal kit for your purpose and budget.

 

Q: Can you ship to residences?

A: We can ship to business or residential addresses. Even better, your Account Executive can arrange for you to use the Homefront Connection to make quick and easy work of collecting vital information (i.e. addresses, gifting preferences, apparel sizing, etc).

Q: What happens if I don't have a Cotton Candy Account Executive?

A: No problem whatsoever! Simply complete your QuoteRequest and someone will be in touch with you shortly.



Q: Can I ship to addresses in Canada and the US?

A: Yes. Your Account Executive will work with you to determine the optimal solution once they understand the distribution requirements for each country.

 

Q: Regarding the supply chain disruption, should I be concerned with inventory levels?

A: A concerted effort was made by our curation team in conjunction with our supplier network to ensure all selected items had deep levels of stock at the time of publishing. Inventory availability will be re-verified for all quote requests. Final confirmation, however, can only be provided at time of order.
